What happens if I need help outside of business hours?
We know you have a life outside of school—whether that’s a job, a family or both. That’s why we ensure many of our support services are also available outside of business hours. From around-the-clock tech support to tutoring on the evenings and weekends, online support is there when you need it.
How does online tutoring work?
You can sign up for virtual tutoring sessions to get help with specific course assignments or general concepts. This is a free resource that’s available to all students, and there is no limit to the number of sessions you can sign up for. You can also take advantage of our Peer Mentoring program to get advice from other Rasmussen students on study habits, time management, motivation and more.
Is financial aid available for online programs?
Yes. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. There is a financial aid program to suit almost every need, and our admission advisors work to make the application process as easy to understand and as stress free as possible. They are available to help you identify scholarship opportunities, complete the required paperwork and receive the financial assistance that you qualify for. Visit our Tuition & Aid page to learn more.
Can I transfer previous credits to reduce my online tuition?
Yes. Students can transfer up to 67% of the credits required to complete a degree. Exams are also available to waive course requirements. Visit our Transfer Policy page for additional information.
